Job Description

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to acquire new corporate accounts, group bookings, and event inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporate companies, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners.
  • Conduct site inspections and present the hotel's facilities and services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Management:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to achieve optimal revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance against targets, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow-up on leads, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, address inquiries, and provide personalized service to maintain loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Coordinate with relevant hotel departments (front office, catering, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client events and bookings.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel and generate new leads.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the hotel's marketing plan.
  • Create sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional packages.
