Position: Designer - Soft Home Textiles
Position Type: Full Time / Permanent
Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Design
Location: Gurgaon

Skills: Designing, Trend Decks, Production, Fashion styling, Trend Research, Adobe Lightroom, Concept Building, CorelDraw, Design Development
Role and Responsibilities
- Generate Trend Decks and Presentations, involving the creation of new seasonal trend for soft home product lines and updating presentations layouts.
- Develop artwork based on trend research, art resources, product references, or customer feedback that is within production standards for soft home products.
- Design product 2d/3d sketches for general open line development and specific customer projects of all soft home product lines.
- Conduct comprehensive trend and product research by visiting local stores, exploring online, collecting market insights, working with vendors, and performing competitive analysis.
- Lead the creation of detailed tech packs for customer samples, ensuring that they meet quality standards and align with customer expectations.
- Regularly update tech packs as per customer-requested changes, and diligently maintain accurate details to ensure that new samples are produced with the correct specifications.
- Support Designers in revising sketches as required and creating line sheets that can incorporate design updates while ensuring coherence and clarity.
- In charge of all follow-ups regarding fabric sourcing and trim development through overseas communication.
- Keep competitor shop reports updated with the latest items, images, color variations, and pricing details, providing valuable insights to stay competitive in the market.
