Job Description

Job Title: HO Sales Professional


Responsibilities:


1.Channel Management:


·Manage agreements with PI Industries Partners / Water Partners.


·Set targets for channels.


·Issue channel authorization letters.


·Arrange training sessions for channels.


·Issue violation letters as necessary.


·Calculate margin money on a monthly basis.


·Issue credit notes for incorrectly billed items.


·Resolve channel issues promptly.


·Coordinate Channel conferences.


·Handle special price requests.


·Monitor and analyze Special Price Requests (SPR's) costs.


·Manage OEM Contracts.


2.SAP & PMD:


·Work with L1 to L2 multipliers.


·Upload L2 multipliers in PMD.


·Build Material Master with correct Index, PH, PCK, GCK.


·Provide inputs for LP and RP INR uploads.


·Update LP and RP in SAP.


·Handle SAG SPR in OA Tool.


·Obtain risk approvals.


·Provide Industry Mall training to Channels / OEMs.


·Monitor OV (Order Value).


3.Sales Operations:


·Ensure correct and timely booking of orders to achieve targets.


·Manage Management Information System (MIS) activities.


·Check and correct MIS reports.


·Prepare MI Business Analysis.


4.Business Support:


·Prepare PA BRM slides deck.


·Handle SieSales.


·Manage ISO 9000 documentation.


·Handle audit-related activities for entire MI.


·Handle compliance-related topics with respect to channels.


·Manage Orbit tool maintenance and queries.


Qualifications:


Graduate/MBA in Electronics/Instrumentation.


Experience:


6-8 years of relevant experience.


Job Requirements:


1.Proficient in Siemens HO Sales processes such as Order Booking, Special Pricing, Margin Calculations, etc.


2.Proficient in SAP processes including Order Management, Price Updation, and Pricing Conditions updates.


3.Experience in Channel Management activities including Channel Onboarding, Authorization Letters, Violation Letters, Credit Notes, etc.


4.Experience in MIS activities such as Sales & Channel Performance analysis, Business Analysis, Setting Sales Targets & Incentives, etc.


5.Coordination of Marketing Events, ISO Audits, and Internal Approvals (Legal/Compliance).
