Apprenticeship Machinist
The Apprenticeship program for Machinists is designed to provide fresher ITI technicians with a comprehensive on-boarding and experience in an industrial environment.
Participating Apprentice will acquire an understanding of the Elliott organization culture, Product lines, Safe work practices in industry, EHS culture and procedures and 5S, apart from getting trained in machining activities like Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Inspection activities, Basic maintenance activities including AMC’s etc.
Each participating apprentice will be assigned to a Elliott Supervisor and a Technician to train, guide and support.
