Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities-
Reports to the General Manager.
Shall work in coordination with the Heads of other Training departments to achieve the business targets and objectives.
Shall be responsible to manage the team of Training Delivery Managers/executives, Contractual training manager, Planners/Schedulers, Customer Care, and Training Coordinators.
Managing all the branding and communication messaging for Airbus India Training Centre in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring relevant representation at all the regional and international training forums to highlight the capabilities of JV
Shall be responsible for smooth and effective Operations of the training business
Shall ensure that his team coordinates well with business needs of Flight Training
Shall be responsible to ensure that his team has good knowledge on the working tools, procedures and organize trainings for them as required
Shall be responsible for preparation and execution of all contracts / POs (related to the customers, training operations etc) in coordination with the procurement, legal, finance, Operations and other related functions
Shall be responsible for the maintenance of all training records for Flight Training activities
Shall ensure the preparedness of his team for internal and regulatory audits requirements including working towards closure of findings
Shall participate in the business meetings with airline customers, vendors etc. to ensure optimized and efficient training business operations
Project management
Shall undertake financial forecasting, AOP and FC formulation
Contractual training credit management
Cost optimization
Leading all the Sales and marketing campaigns with a intent of securing additional revenue business from the India and adjoining regions customers
Local pricing for all sales campaigns and additional training contracts
KPI monitoring and Business reporting, weekly reports etc
Airbus JV site operations including coordination with the various site administration teams(internal and external) to ensuring the smooth running of site at all times
End to end general procurement activity including invoicing and budgeting
