Job Description

As Head of Schools Strategy, you will lead our efforts to drive revenue growth within our U.S. Schools & Small District segment. In this role you will help get our most impactful features in the hands of hundreds of thousands of students and teachers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about unlocking business value while maintaining deep user empathy and does not shy away from complex challenges. You will be responsible for analyzing user journeys, identifying conversion opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase school sales. What you'll do...


  • Lead monetization strategies, focusing on converting individual teachers using Quizizz into school-wide customers 
  • Analyze user behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance features that drive school-wide purchase
  • Innovate new methods to encourage individual users to champion Quizizz within their schools 
  • Partner with sales to develop strategies for turning Product Qualified Accounts into school opportunities 
  • Develop and implement innovative B2C2B marketing campaigns that build on teacher usage and love to drive school-wide purchase 
  • Collaborate with our Schools demand generation manager to test and scale new approaches to capture referrals 
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to usage paths, product lead generation, and school conversion
  • Foster a culture of user-centric revenue growth across the organization
  • Stay ahead of trends in B2C2B marketing, PLG, and bottom-up adoption strategies

Who you are...


  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B SaaS, and/or PLG in high-growth organizations 
  • Excels at problem-solving and trouble-shooting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present actionable insights
