Learn more at www.invenioLSI.com. Role – Head of SAP Innovations and AI Summary We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of SAP Innovations and AI. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and leveraging emerging technologies in the SAP ecosystem, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine Learning (ML). You will lead a dynamic team of experts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and spearhead initiatives to deliver transformative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP innovations and AI, aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
Identify and evaluate emerging SAP technologies and AI solutions to ensure competitive advantage and business differentiation.
Act as a thought leader, promoting innovation and a forward-thinking mindset across the organization.
Drive innovation projects in the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI offerings.
Explore and implement use cases for AI and ML within SAP landscapes, such as predictive analytics, process automation, and intelligent ERP.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate the potential of innovative SAP and AI solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of SAP and AI specialists.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to identify opportunities for SAP-driven innovation.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge SAP and AI solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of AI-driven functionalities within existing SAP landscapes.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in SAP, AI, and related technologies.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and workshops.
Build relationships with SAP and technology partners to explore co-innovation opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
12-15 years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing AI/ML solutions within SAP ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP AI offerings.
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and tools.
Expertise in SAP solution architecture and integration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
