SE RE (Siemens Energy Real Estate) is the real estate division of Energy business and will be responsible for a real estate portfolio of 120,000 meters of office and production space at locations around India and manage it from a cost, transparency, and efficiency perspective.

You are the real estate expert making a difference by

• You lead and support in the acquisition and disposal of real estate, especially in due diligence as well as contract negotiations for acquisitions and sales.

You’re excited to build on your existing real estate expertise, including:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a real estate background preferred and 20+ years of real estate experience and an advanced commercial acumen.
• Possessing profound expert knowledge in corporate real estate management, and the real estate market, strategic portfolio development, and Lease Management
• Fundamental experience in real estate digitalization and decarbonization to ensure Siemens commitment becoming carbon neutral.
• Combining an excellent and distinct customer orientation with a holistic real estate business perspective/understanding including excellent negotiating experience with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Demonstrating the qualities of a “great leader”: you can motivate, lead, coach, delegate assigned tasks, and empower your employees to leverage their potential and deliver the best results.
