We’re making the lives of people who travel easier and more enjoyable while constantly developing new, intelligent mobility solutions!We are looking for Head of Quality – SMO You’ll make a difference byTechnical and disciplinary management of the quality department and the assigned employees.Ensuring all quality-related customer requirementsIndependent development of an appropriate quality information system. Definition of the key figure system in partnership with process owners and verification of effectiveness. Reporting the quality status to management. Communication of the quality policy and the quality goals within the organization/plantPlanning and ensuring consistency of the process landscape and the Siemens regulationsPlanning and ensuring consistency of the process landscape and the Siemens regulationsInitiating and implementing process improvements and root cause analyses including controlling of the actions and NCC managementSupport project management in planning and securing milestone resultsMeet the targeted results with regard to quality with consideration of requirements of business (overall strategy, basic processes and their interfaces, tool application, compliance issues), customer (contractual requirements, expectations and customer satisfaction), market (statutory, regulatory and state of the art requirements), if necessary, 3rd parties (e.g., suppliers and sub-contractors, authorities, surveyors, etc.) and as far as relevant- public conditions and interestsQuality planning: Establish and, if necessary, update the quality plan e.g., acc. to ISO standards, QM Manual. Define quality targets based on project critical factors and methods/tools with respect to Siemens standards. Every application of methods / tools should be clearly defined with regard to the standard processes of the respective business(es) and their interfaces between the HQ and the required local procedures.Support SQM in planning and ensuring the required quality level of the project-specific supply chain (internal & external)Define and implement a QM system for project-specific application in accordance with the QM system applied by the Business UnitPlanning and implementation of internal audits and assessments including controlling of measures.Ensuring product safety by aligning with the processes and methods defined by the departments, as well as the duty to warn if these processes and methods and their results do not meet the legal requirements and the accepted rules of technology.Desired Skills:You should have minimum experience of 15+ years for Mobility business Experience in quality management, audits/assessments, process management, project management, achievement system, SAP, QG system, quality management in the projectKnowledge of quality assurance, troubleshooting, risk management, continuous Improvement Process, supplier management & contract management, Q-related standards (ISO 9001, EN 15085, …)Expertise in QM methods & statistical methodsInternational experience is desired.Good Interpersonal SkillsJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
