Join our team in global Product & Lifecycle Excellence at Siemens Healthineers now as Head of Professional Services India 
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for:
•Develop mission, vision and strategy of Professional Services India in full alignment with Healthineers Global Professional Services organization in SHS TE PLE.
•Establish excellent Professional Services out of India to deliver innovative and excellent Knowhow and Experience
•In your first year you will ramp-up a team of approx. 5 people and will be responsible for the corresponding budget allocation. In the following years we plan to increase the team further by additional domain competencies.

•Lead PLE Professional Services team India to enable business line (BL) and cross business line (xBL) synergies and to ensure implementation of Healthineers Professional Services strategy with impact on value stream, product lifecycle management, (xBL) collaborative mindset.
•Drive strategic Professional Services topics in India covering Product Lifecycle Cost reduction, Modeling & Simulation, and Industry Standardization. 
•Collaborate with local partners to gain regional insights and contribute to create regional benefits.
•Define and drive harmonization and standardization projects with BLs including Global Component Certification, Component Engineering and Package Engineering in India so BL / xBLs benefit from innovative industrial components with competitive cost positions.
Required skills necessary for the success of this role
•At least 5 year’s experience in R&D areas such as system engineering / information technology / mechatronic system / electrical and electronics or similar
•University degree in natural sciences, industrial engineering, information systems or medical technology, preferably supplemented with a MBA
•Knowledge of product lifecycle management process including R&D and engineering processes and all relevant interfaces between phases and to other processes.
•Knowledge of healthcare domain-specific products and technologies
•Experience in innovation management and project management methods involving diverse stakeholders.
•High motivation and drive as foundation for succeeding in challenging xBL / BA environment as well as collaborative working culture to generate cross value and synergies.
•Successful Leadership experience is required.
•Fluent English skills both in verbal and written form.
