Strategic Leadership
•Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with Red.Health’s business goals.
•Oversee all marketing functions, including digital, content, performance, offline, and brand marketing.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all platforms.



Growth Marketing
•Devise and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive app installs, user acquisition, and engagement.
•Leverage MAU and DAU metrics to inform marketing campaigns and enhance user retention.
•Optimize user onboarding and activation processes to boost engagement and reduce churn.
•Implement in-app engagement techniques such as personalized notifications, rewards programs, and gamification.
•Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with app updates and new feature launches.


B2B Marketing
•Develop and execute B2B-specific marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.


Plan and manage participation in industry events, conclaves, trade shows, and expos to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
•Drive lead-generation campaigns through targeted email marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
•Create case studies, whitepapers, and other thought-leadership content tailored for B2B audiences.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.


Content Marketing
•Design and implement innovative content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences.
•Create and manage a robust content calendar, including blogs, influencer collaborations, podcasts, and video content to boost engagement.
•Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with healthcare influencers and thought leaders to amplify the brand message.
•Host and produce podcasts that position Red.Health as a thought leader in the healthcare space.
•Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand’s voice and tone.
•Measure content effectiveness through performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.


Digital Marketing & Analytics
•Drive user growth by leveraging MAU and DAU metrics to shape marketing strategies.
•Optimize campaigns for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across various channels.
•Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to track performance and enhance customer journeys.


Brand Management
•Enhance Red.Health’s brand equity through compelling storytelling and strategic brand campaigns.
•Ensure a consistent brand voice and identity across all marketing touchpoints.
