Key Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic IT Leadership:
o Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
o Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and customer experiences.
o Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and recommend relevant innovations.
2. IT Infrastructure & Security:
o Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud solutions, etc.).
o Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect data, systems, and networks.
o Develop disaster recovery plans and oversee regular testing.
3. IT Operations & Support:
o Manage the day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of IT services.
o Implement effective IT service management (ITSM) processes to support business continuity.
o Oversee helpdesk operations and user support.
4. Project Management:
o Lead IT-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
o Manage IT procurement, including vendor management and contract negotiations.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
o Build and lead a high-performing IT team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT department.
o Set performance goals and regularly review team and individual performance.
6. Budgeting & Cost Management:
o Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in line with the company's financial objectives.
o Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and performance.
7. Compliance & Governance:
o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to IT and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
o Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
o Work closely with the executive team, business units, and other departments to understand their IT needs and challenges.
o Ensure effective communication of IT strategies, initiatives and performance to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing IT infrastructure, operations, and strategic planning.
Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and software development.
o Experience with digital transformation, cloud migrations, and enterprise architecture.
o Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
o Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and methodologies.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
