Job Title: Head of Governance and Integrated Planning TMO
Reporting to:Vice President Transformation

Purpose of Role:The Head of Governance and PMO will be responsible for leading the Program Management Office within the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role requires strategic leadership to integrate project management frameworks, agile methodologies, change management practices, and governance into a cohesive structure that drives transformation initiatives. The candidate will oversee the management of multiple programs, ensure alignment with business goals, and guarantee that value is consistently delivered across the organization. The Head of Governance and PMO will also play a critical role in collaborating with the Data, Value Realization Office (VRO), and Lean and Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) to drive data accuracy and leverage metrics to track transformation success across Finance, HR, and IS&T.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) within the TMO, ensuring effective governance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Integrate project management frameworks, agile methodologies, and change management practices into a cohesive structure.
  • Prepare comprehensive decks for executive presentations, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive data accuracy and leverage metrics to track transformation success across various departments.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in leading a PMO or similar role within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks, agile methodologies, and change management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and engaging with senior governance forums.
