Exp: 20+ years

• 20+ years of global IT consulting and delivery execution experience
• Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade and AMS for SAP programs
• Understanding of S/4HANA and public cloud
• Manage portfolio of projects/ programs of EUR 400m annually
• Ensuring Start Green for new SAP program starts
• Focus on improving project margins and customer satisfaction
• Ability to deep dive and manage Red programs working with Atos and customer teams
• Delivery innovation to reduce unit cost rate and bringing benefits to customers
• Ensuring successful renewals of existing programs and seeding new opportunities in key customer engagements
• Interpersonal skills to work with geographically and culturally diverse teams and various key stakeholders in Atos and customer organizations
