Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute the migration of Corporate Onboarding & ODD work from different regional offices (overseas) to India.
Develop comprehensive onboarding strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Design and implement standardized onboarding processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all corporate accounts.
Lead, mentor, and develop the onboarding team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge of onboarding best practices.
Work closely with Journey Owners, Local offices, Mission Control team, QA, AML Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
Manage stakeholder relationships and performance metrics effectively. Prepare and present reports on onboarding metrics and performance.
Enhance the quality and client experience for Corporate Onboarding & ODD.
Analyze current onboarding processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance speed and accuracy.
Dive into cases and resolve issues as necessary
Ensure all onboarding activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust onboarding processes accordingly.
Manage all risks, compliance, and regulator recommendations and queries effectively.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on onboarding metrics and outcomes.
Research and implement industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge in client onboarding.
Encourage a culture of innovation within the team to explore new technologies and methodologies.

YOUR PROFILE
As a person you are known for your outmost professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. You are a curious, collaborative and outgoing person that thrives in different environments.
Min 15 Years of experience in KYC and Onboarding, with at least 5+ years of experience in handling Corporate Onboarding teams and ODD.
Must have Hands-on SME experience in Corporate Onboarding / ODD
Proven experience in managing Risks, Compliance and regulatory recommendations
Have in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes for corporate clients
Excellent Stakeholder management is must
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment
Exhibit utmost professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness in all interactions and responsibilities
Demonstrate a curious, collaborative, and outgoing nature, thriving in diverse environments
