Key Responsibilities:
- Manage senior-level relationships with Holding Companies (HoldCos) and agencies across India.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agency leaders, overseeing revenue, tech, and data needs.
- Collaborate with global teams to support relationships at both the holding company and agency levels.
- Structure and negotiate strategic agreements focused on agency capability development, product education, and tools integration.
- Develop digital marketing and product strategies with agencies to drive adoption of solutions.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure consistency and drive adoption of offerings.
- Serve as the voice of India’s agency contacts, providing feedback on go-to-market, product, and product marketing strategies.
- Track key opportunities across strategy, planning, display/investment, video, commerce, shopper, and programmatic functions.
- Drive agency channel investment with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong relationships and experience with Indian agencies preferred.
- 12+ years of senior-level experience in Agency Partnerships (Ad/MarTech) or Partnerships within a major Agency HoldCo, with expertise in negotiating complex commercial and governing agreements.
- Proven success in driving performance for enterprise client solutions in online media buying and ad tech.
- Experience managing senior (C-level) technical stakeholder relationships and translating business needs into tech solutions.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and sales/account management skills.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate team player with a sense of humor and a drive to succeed.
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
