This person will play an instrumental role in shaping our innovation and collaboration culture, advancing our talent strategy and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Digantara's vision and create a roadmap for rapid growth of the company.
- Work closely with the leadership to evolve company culture, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
- Organisational Development
- Implement initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and team-building.
- Collaborate with managers to design scalable team structures, set goals, and design team and employee review matrices.
- Develop and evolve the organisation structure which matches the company’s rapid growth plan.
- Talent Acquisition & Management
- Foresee the company’s talent requirements and lead the employer branding, talent creation, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent, especially for highly specialized technical roles.
- Establish performance management frameworks to support employees' growth, align with business objectives, and retain high-performing employees.
- Design competitive and innovative compensation structure to streamline & standardise the appraisal process and attract talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment, implementing practices that enhance employee morale and engagement. Identify and abolish any bad culture and practices within the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with core values and policies.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Leverage HR analytics to assess and predict workforce trends, providing insights to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of HR leadership experience, experience in a deep-tech startup or fast-paced high-growth tech company is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including organisation structure, performance review and management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and regulatory compliances.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
