SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the performance of operations, ensuring effective and efficient use of all resources.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, master’s degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in industrial management required.
• Aware of all related manufacturing processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Entirely responsible for the financial performance of the organization by ensuring right planning of
customer orders.
• Responsible for complete value chain starting from Order Booking till Delivery of Goods to customers.
• Responsible for optimization of the resources based on customer demand and the utilization inventory & machines.
• Oversees manufacturing of products, ensuring production performance and quality standards are consistently met.
• Promoting and developing the company's brand. Finding new business opportunities. Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales in line with vision and mission of the Organization.
• Responsible for timely delivery of customer orders. Ensure Effective planning which will optimize the resources.
• Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with statutory requirements and regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health,and safety staff.
• Works closely with CEO for long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
• Identifies and ensure required training for staff to build and improve skills.
• Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
• Works with finance to develop operating budget.
• Identify, Implement, and monitor performance score cards at all key positions of Organization. Ensure continual improvement in it.
• Ensure implementation of applicable Quality management system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division.
• Thorough understanding of all customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.
• Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Corrected vison of 6/6, preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced quality –oriented manufacturing environment.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined for the position.
