We are seeking talented individuals to join the team asHCM Integration Specialist. We are looking for candidateswith deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices.
You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and Absence transformation and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. We focus on:
Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Understandbusiness requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
Work closely with product owner,technical platform owner and architectsto align on roadmaps and solutions
Assist with development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
Key skills and requirements:
Required:
7 years of experience Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence Modules
Technical and functional expertisewith OTL and Absences
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI
Fusion HCM absence certification is highly preferred
Extensive knowledge of Time and Attendance business processes
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage ambiguity
Strong time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in MS Office tools -PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Fluency in English
Preferred:
Broad set of experiences with HCM, timekeeping and Payroll systems and processes
Implementation experience with OTL and Absences
Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations is a plus
Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
Qualifications:
Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
