Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in daily standup /evaluate urgent Production issues and recommend course of action
- Be familiar with the agile methodology and participate in agile sessions as need
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Identify the business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent and ORC) Fusion Functionality.
- Advise client on options, risks and impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set ups.
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces etc.
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM.
- Create and support clients with test scripts.
- Review Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, updates, understand, maps to the business needs.
- Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement. Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years implementing Oracle HCM Saas solutions (HR, ORC, Talent)
- Excellent communication skills to work with agile team
- Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
