Key Responsibilities/Outcomes

•  Facilitate, and administer ITIL-based service support and technical account management, ensuring effective coordination of ticket ownership and customer account management on a 24x7 basis

• Manage Asset & Configuration Management service delivery processes in conjunction with Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management

  
  

• Coordinate resources, manage customer relations, resolve disputes, and handle technical resolutions

  
  

• Support IT Asset & Configuration Management activities related to the life cycle management of IT assets, including hardware, mobility devices, and peripheral equipment

  
  

• Oversee the day-to-day operations required to manage and maintain asset completeness; correctness & compliance, utilizing electronic tools for the review, verification, and reporting of assets.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 Years experience and minimum understanding of Assets & its lifecycle
• Basic understanding of ITIL V4 processes and principals & Certification is preferred

· Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Understanding of ServiceNow tool
