We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Specialist across various experience levels in the insurance domain,
proficiency in Japanese, and a proven track record of successful implementations for Lead and Expert Levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guidewire Implementation: Lead and execute multiple Guidewire implementation projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter) to meet business requirements.
• Project Leadership: Serve as a technical expert and project lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT staff, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans for Guidewire solutions.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Guidewire applications to align with business processes, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire applications and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Guidewire applications. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any identified issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
• Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise in Guidewire best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
