JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Guest Services Assistant under AirAsia shall be responsible for assisting passengers on daily basis with high service standards and company policies
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Documentation check: passport checking (International) and I.D. matching (Domestic), reservation checking from the system and issuing boarding pass
Providing information to passengers about flight times, gate changes, delays, and other pertinent information
Processing boarding passes, checking identification documents, and directing passengers to security checkpoints
Tagging luggage and carry on inspection, referred to Terms & Conditions.
Boarding passenger to the aircraft
Deplaning passenger from the aircraft
Providing assistance to passengers if any special need: wheelchair, Not To Land passenger, etc
Responsible for ensuring Guest Service operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand requirements and standards of Thai AirAsia
Handle documents: GD, crew sign, collecting departure and arrival immigration cards
To report to Station Manager for any risk events to the safety and/or security for the station operations
WHO YOU ARE:
Preferable working experience in customer service
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
Proficient in oral and written English and local language where staff is located.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work on shift
