Description and Requirements

GTN Analyst is a crucial role in helping different organizations make business decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. The role will assist in GTN Optimization and will offer extensive Program analytics with meaningful insight.

This role is essential for ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business decisions through detailed analysis.

Responsibilities:

PLATFORM OWNERSHIP & MAINTENANCE

• Deep expert of the GTN Management tool
• Track Tactical and Contractual GTN Programs are compliant with Global Framework.
• Analyze and explain channel programs / gross to net variances, drive standardization across the GEOs.
• Predefine elements for program types and configure/lock at WW level through system Global Templates
• Translate offline Governance Council agreements into System Configuration
• Support the creation and maintenance of gross to net monthly reporting dashboards.
• Support implementation on AI functionalities on database.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data analysis as required by management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in channel programs
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support planning, creation, and analysis activities.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to other team members and other departments on GTN Management tools.

Detailed Qualifications / Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree. Ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Data reporting degree

Professional Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain data clearly.

Organizational Skills:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, self-sufficient professional
