GT Ops Analyst – Global Technology


Primary Location: Bangalore, India


As the XXX for Global Technology, you will play a key role in tracking and reporting on strategic initiatives and activities related to the overall function.You will employ your keen organizational and multitasking skills to provide support to strategic initiatives, and your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships and successfully interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization. This role will provide the opportunity for exposure to the Global Technology leadership team and will provide you with a broad perspective of the function.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Support the Chief of Staff, Global Technology on strategic projects, monthly and quarterly executive reporting, analyzing data and ad hoc items (e.g., research, analysis, PowerPoint, ad hoc requests and reports, etc.).


·Support the CIO and his Leadership Team for tracking governance purposes, helping with creating agendas for offsites etc


·Tracks the implementation of Global Technology key strategic initiatives, including helping with implementing our communication strategy (Global Technology bulletins, blog posts, Sharepoint development, etc.)


·Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of special initiatives in partnership with Chief of Staff


·Co-creates visually compelling content for use in executive level meetings and with mass audience that communicates strategic information, with Chief of Staff.


·Tracks Key Performance Indicators for Global Technology and identifies trends along with areas of concern, ideally with PowerBI experience.


·Provide meeting support through facilitation, agenda, notes and follow up actions


·Owns and maintains Global Technology intranet site


·Various ad-hoc projects and presentations

·A minimum of bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant discipline


·3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced role related to managing or supporting projects


·Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills, with preference of PowerBI knowledge
