Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple technical domains.
Drive the formulation of project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
Champion the implementation and adherence to security standards and best practices across the organization.
Act as a key decision-maker in project-related issues, offering technical and strategic guidance to teams.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of the project management office (PMO).
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of Technical program management/project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technical projects.
Deep knowledge and expertise in Infrastructure, Security, Data Platforms, and AI/ML.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
