We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director - Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, and positioning our solutions in a competitive market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and creative, to ensure our products are effectively communicated and aligned with market demands.
What You’ll Do
- Develop product marketing strategies: Build and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and ongoing feature releases.
- Market analysis and positioning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Go-to-market planning: Lead product launch plans, working cross-functionally to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Customer personas and insights: Develop detailed customer personas, identifying their needs and pain points to create targeted messaging.
- Sales enablement: Partner with sales teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and training materials that articulate the value of the product.
- Content development: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers, to support marketing and lead generation efforts.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report key insights to stakeholders.
- Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
