Follow Allergan Aesthetics on LinkedIn.Job DescriptionAchieve top-line market share and bottom line for assigned therapy/BrandsDevelop and implement marketing strategies for therapy segment/ brandsAnalysis of market using primary and secondary data for the assigned brands & segments, for both internal as well as competitor productsMonitor ROI on brand strategiesUndertake market research to analyse the market/ customer behaviourTrain the new field staff on the disease/products, the promo material usage. Conduct refresher courses periodically. Guidance on customer identification/profilingSupport the field staff on field communication, doctor objections, and queries, handle competitor claims, and manage Key Opinion LeadersEffective co-ordination with other functional areas at affiliate and regional level e,g Sales, AMI, Medical, Training, BE, supply chain, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance etc.Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies Demonstrated strong leadership, problem solving, and team building skills/experienceExposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical /Medical DevicesInfluencing and communication skills (Strong presentation skills)Strong business acumenResults driven with strong analytical capability and process orientationSelf-starter able to operate effectively within a matrix organizationStrong leadership skills to inspire and motivate brand team, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support.Strong strategic mindset to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
