e are currently looking for a Group Head - Digital to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the media mandates for some of the key clients for EssenceMediaCom.

In three months: - Worked on digital media plans for some of the finest clients in the country
- Mapped new digital opportunities for the client
In six months: - Made effective yet efficient digital media plans
- Pushed innovating concepts to drive revenues
In 12 months: - You will help evolve the planning principles, measurement tools, publisher partners, measurement metrics that your set of brands work with and work closely with the strategy team to build brand specific strategies. Helped on new business pitches.
What your day job looks like at EssenceMediacom :- Hands on digital media planning, buying experience
- Develop digital media plans and approach basis consumer insights and digital media dynamics
- Deliver media plans, campaign scheduling
- Define campaign KPIs
- Continuous plan optimization to deliver maximum ROI
- Review campaign performance
- Proactively identify new opportunities and pitch innovative ideas
- Help on new business pitches
- Client servicing and manage day to day client relationship to meet their digital requirements.
- Meet revenue targets and drive incremental billing and revenue
Minimum qualifications:- Minimum 5+ Years of experience handling Digital
- Basic understanding on digital campaign, buying metrics, search
- Basic understanding of digital tools – Comscore, Ad serving, Adwords
- Basic understanding of reach & frequency planning for a brand
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, relearn basic concepts of digital planning, buying
- Willingness to question and test all principles
- Willingness to test and use new measurement tools
- Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills – PPT and delivering presentations
