Roles & Responsibilities
1-To head the rating teams of company pan-India;
2- To build the rating team at various locations and handhold the team;
3- To give guidance to the rating team from time to time;
4- To analyse counter party credit risk;
5- To analyse the past and future Financial Statements;
6- To carry out industry study and prepare industry research report;
7- To undertake peer benchmarking studies;
8- To ensure the proper talent management in the rating team;
9- To supplement the rating team during their presentation before the external Rating Committee;
10- To ensure the timelines of Rating Release in website and to the Press, Stock Exchange, NSDL, etc;
11- To ensure periodical & annual review of all the outstanding ratings;
12- To keep constant track of developments taking place in the economic & corporate environment and initiate appropriate rating actions;
13- To take care of all the regulatory requirements pertaining to rating;
14- To review the existing criteria periodically and develop new criteria, if need be;
15- To monitor the MIS pertaining to the relevant areas of work;
16- To undertake rating migration studies periodically;
17- To monitor & mitigate the risks pertaining to various data/information available with the company;
