Purpose of the role:
This position requires a creative leader with strong copywriting skills, a large vocabulary, and a proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns. The Group Creative Manager will be responsible for developing and guiding the execution of innovative and interactive campaigns that meet client goals. They will oversee creative strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring that the team’s ideas are impactful and aligned with client needs. The role includes collaborating with business development for pitches and client presentations, while ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality execution. The manager will also foster teamwork, encourage creative collaboration, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Previous experience in winning awards for creative campaigns is a plus.
Major Responsibilities:
- Effectively planning creative solutions and aiding in defining the crea scope of work.
- Leading award-winning creative campaigns and projects.
- Being responsible for creative management of teams for a group of accounts.
- Collaborating with the Business Development department to develop and propose value added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
- Ensure ideas that are contributed by the creative team are innovative, objective and helps drive the client campaign to success.
- Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors etc. for the respective brands.
- Ensure that the Creative team contributes to Innovative & Interactive Digital Media solutions that help the different teams to excel in the campaign.
- Oversee that the timelines of the client are met accurately.
- Assist teams on large scale projects.
- Set team goals so that they get to work together which shall impact department performance.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure correct focus
