●Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and presentations.
●Design visually appealing UX/UI elements for website and digital interfaces.
●Develop motion graphics and animations for videos, social media content, and ad campaigns.
●Ensure all designs align with brand identity, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
●Work with the Art Director to evolve and refine the brand’s visual style.
●Partner with content writers, video producers, and marketing managers to execute campaign ideas.
●Support the Art Director in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
●Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to create fresh, impactful visuals.
●Experiment with new techniques, including Generative AI tools, to enhance design processes.
●Masterfully use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma for design projects.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
●2+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, motion graphics, and social media content.
●Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
●Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
●Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
●Familiarity with website design best practices and user experience (UX/UI).
●A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
●Excellent project management
skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
