Key responsibilities:
Design eye-catching social media posts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our diverse audience.
Create visually appealing newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and style.
Collaborate closely with the social media team to translate content ideas into compelling visuals.
Maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas to keep our content innovative.
Work closely with the Social Media, Corporate Communications, and Design teams to make sure everyone's ideas are reflected in the final designs
Skills:
Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in social media and newsletters (preferred).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Mailchimp.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative flair.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Designer for at least one year
