About The Role:


If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you.  We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee – Learning & Development, reporting directly to the domain Manager to join our team based in Noida, India

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Organize the logistics for planning and delivering training sessions.
  • Coordinate and complete enrollment for employee-requested training.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants regarding logistical inquiries and support needs.
  • Provide logistical guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
  • Maintain swift communication and strong coordination with local L&D teams, vendors, and other departments to arrange end-to-end training.
  • Act as the single point of contact between GBS, Learning, and the organization.
  • Manage LMS activities such as event and session creation.
  • Update session attendance in the LMS (iLearn).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required or Master’s degree in HR or Business related field preferred
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication & analytical skills 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
