Job Summary:
Graduate Trainees are typically recent university graduates who are being prepared to take on specific roles within a company.
They undergo various forms of training, including on-the-job training to gain an understanding of the company’s operations, procedures, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in various training programs designed by the company
Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities
Attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required
Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
Maintain a record of all learning experiences
Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager
Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives
Follow all company guidelines and policies
Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Qualifications
Engineering graduates (2023/2024) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile, Electrical
No backlogs
A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).

Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including fabrication shops and training facilities.
May require occasional travel to other locations or facilities.
