Job Details:Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Intel x86 Xeon Data Center Customer Enabling Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Intel Xeon processors and data center technologies. The Intern will assist in enabling and optimizing Intel Xeon-based data center solutions for our clients, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Intel Xeon-based data center hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with team members to provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Intel Xeon processors. Conduct research on emerging data center technologies and best practices to support ongoing projects.
Prepare documentation, including technical reports, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in customer meetings and provide input on technical solutions and project progress.
Support the team in performing performance analysis and optimization of Intel Xeon-based data center systems.
Learn and apply industry best practices and Intel standards in data center operations.
Qualifications:Master of Electronics, Computer Science Engineer or relevant technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding in [relevant software/tools, e.g., Linux, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, etc.].Basic understanding of Intel x86 architecture and data center infrastructure, networking, and storage solutions.
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
