Job Summary:


  • As the Private Bank Operations Governance and Data Assistant Vice President, you will be part of the Private Banking Strategy, Governance & Communications Operations team, focused on modernizing our platform and thus impacting change in our processes and operations that make our businesses work. 
  • More specifically, you will be part of the Legal Entity Governance & Oversight team overseeing owning the expansion of Management Information to support our governance and data-led decision making.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Own the framework for Private Bank Operations management information, ensuring data is available, accurate and tells the story.
  • Act as the SME on our inventory of metrics, developing innovative, simplified and standardized metrics across our regions and teams.
  • Develop and deliver visualization to provide fast insight into our organization.
  • Understand our operating model and key risks and apply sound judgement in coordinating change in how we measure this across our functions.
  • Coordinate development activity utilizing Intelligent Automation tools, managing the pipeline of work and resources.
  • Lead by example and be a culture carrier with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and be able to lead and support our teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Minimum 6 years working experience with 3 years of experience in similar domain.
  • Extensive experience in data visualization using Tableau or similar toolset.
  • Experience using data transformation toolset such as Alteryx or Python.
  • Excellent organization and ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to communicate information in a simple manner to senior managers through visualization and storytelling.
  • Highly capable in solving problems with a resilient mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, methodical and attention to details
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing different stakeholders. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Project management experience is an added advantage.
