Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure business needs are well understood, documented and delivered as part of a high-quality solution
Communicate with a variety of groups within business and IT team, offering feedback and guidance to ensure solutions meet business and functional needs
Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements for new and existing products, services and solutions
Translate the business requirements for IT counterparts for product development
May perform more specialized work and make independent decisions with review in one or more of the following areas:
Requirements Development, Data Analysis and Support
Develop product strategy and execution plan
Develop project strategy and execution plan in non SAFe product related activities
Actively participate in business design activities including workshops, brainstorm sessions, stakeholder interviews and business intelligence gathering
Proven track record of product strategy in alignment with other products/ dependencies
Oversee and develop product design and requirement definitions
Identify inefficiencies and actionable remedies
Harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
End to End management co-ordination of the project (PMO) and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget
Handle Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end, manage Pre-sales & bid management activities.
Drive thought leadership initiatives; handle client visit, partner/ analystrelationship, etc.
Perform research and collect data on industry, market, companies, and competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Comprehensive experience in producing high quality Go-To-Market (GTM), Point of Views (POV) and client presentations

Developing business cases and execution plans
Taking an idea from theory and analysis to a market launch
Entrepreneurial spirit with extreme ownership and accountability
Translating business owner's vision and requirements into robust product strategy and action items, while identifying missing components/ processes
Understanding of enterprise architecture design principles, agile methodology
Knowledge of web and mobile functional domains, best practices and current trends
Understanding of the product strategy and roadmap / data models/ product design/ development workflow/ model at product-level and structures across all systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school
Must have Industry Expertise in Automotive around functions such as
End-to-end Value chain
Customer Journey, Sales, Marketing, GTM strategy, Customer Satisfaction, CX
IT systems and organizational processes
2-5 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms/ OEMs in the Automotive domain.
Experience in design, optimization, and implementation of business process.
Program Management: Involves effectively planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders’ groups and execute on-time and on budget.
Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across marketing or analytical projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis.
