Within our C&PR practice, working towards Real Estate engagements, the key expectations from the role will be to advise clients on transformational strategies across the recent trends in Real Estate:
Portfolio transformation – for more effective business strategy and cost impact
Process redesign – improving efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience including sustainability
Technology transformation – IT strategy, roadmap, system selection and implementation for Smart Buildings

MBA from Tier-1 B School
1-4 years of experience for an Analyst and 4-8 years of experience for a Consultant, across Real Estate Transformation, EBITDA improvement programs,GL/ PO/ AP data analysis, Business case development, Strategy formulation, Spend analysis across financial and operational data
Preferred experience across:
Working knowledge and understanding of smart buildings, operational, and workplace technology industry.
Understanding the value propositions of Smart Buildings and Sustainability
Appreciation of global location strategies and impact on manufacturing, talent, and sourcing decisions
Familiarity with how real estate initiatives relate to, and work in support of enterprise sustainability and ESG commitments.
Functional experience in full lifecycle implementation of one or more of the leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) – IBM TRIRIGA, Tango Workplace/Retail, Planon, Archibus
Experience in a real estate consulting or construction industry experience is desirable
Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx would be an added advantage
