The SONG practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their service, marketing and sales functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Advanced Customer Engagement, Marketing Transformation and Commerce & Sales. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their customer service, marketing and sales strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.


  • You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive the following: -
    Facilitate clients /stakeholders visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
  • Design, document and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications. 
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. 
  • Work closely with clients to develop wireframes and visual designs meeting their design & experience objectives: Apply experiences underpinned by customer behaviors, motivations and relevance, to help shape and design digital products. 
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive alignment and collaboration. 
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new ideas and features 
  • User Research – Deep understanding of UX Research to create personas and identify the best practices & design principles through benchmarking. Experience in performing heuristic evaluation to identify the experience gaps.  
  • UX/UI Design: Experience in creating wireframes & high-fidelity visual designs using industry standard design tools to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Usability Testing – Provide guidance to the team in designing & performing user experience test with customers to gather feedback around prototype’s usability, accessibility & desirability. 
  • Bring your strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead UI / UX design projects independently
  • Drive change by communicating compelling design story to develop and impact the product strategy and design 
  • Quantify value of new propositions and formulate a go-to-market approach. Determine levels of confidence in the value case and a testing plan to reduce risk in the growth opportunity.
  • Define and install growth governance, ways of working & talent strategy
  • Apply best of breed digital practices- Deep-dive with solid knowledge of industry tools and understanding of designing intuitive and responsive user experiences.
  • Innovate with Creativity: Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including response to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, creating effective presentations, demonstrating solutions during client orals, effort and cost estimation process, etc.
  • Lead practice-specific initiatives including creating points of view, creating reusable assets on contact center space, performing analysis on industry research and market trends and bringing in innovative solutions, etc.
  • Lead and perform exploratory data analysis to discover interesting trends and relationships

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Design / Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts / Equivalent
  • Overall experience of 15+ years in UI/UX design for digital products & services
  • Good Consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.
  • Aside from a keen eye for design details, require having a strong sense of behavioral science:  Identify and articulate nuanced insights.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An overall understanding of design principles, user experience design principles, and processes
  • Understanding of app/web production and the capabilities within digital channels
  • Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Axure, Adobe creative cloud Photoshop/Illustrator etc. 
  • Scope and plan design projects in terms of manpower, timelines, resources
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
  • Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.
  • Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles.
