Job Summary:
You will work closely with our Clients and the Accenture Song team and be responsible for leading and growing client accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving the overall strategic direction of campaigns. You will be working closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure integrated and effective solutions. You will be overseeing the end to end process of campaign, conceptualization, execution and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.


The Practice – A Brief Sketch 


The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner. 


Your key responsibilities will include: 


  • Take full ownership of a project; have a clear understanding, vision and plan of the project that is clearly communicated and executed.
  • Partnering business and strategy teams in the development of holistic marketing and communications plans, including brand strategy, creative development and execution, integrated campaign, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Social strategy, ideation and development including social media content audits, social listening, developing playbooks, social roadmaps, communication and campaign strategy.  
  • Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace. 
  • Building relationships with key client decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of brand and creative strategy. 
  • Working in a team of seasoned professionals & using relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials. 
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, market conditions, and challenges, and translate these into effective advertising strategies.
  • Building relationships with key client and internal decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of campaign strategy, planning and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging media platforms, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and GenAI applications would be an added benefit.

Marketing or brand strategy, Project Management, Client Value driven mindset, Data-Driven Content Analysis, Understanding of Consumer Psychology and Persuasion Techniques, Brand Storytelling and Voice Consistency, Omni-Channel campaign design and management, Content Management Systems (CMS), Campaign reporting and analytics.


Additional information:


  • Work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the research/insights space. 
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and combine them with macroeconomic factors and competitive benchmarking to cull out insights relevant for stakeholder teams. 
  • Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations. 
  • Have strong communication and presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders. 
  • Have strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Have team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals. 
  • Possess strong leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members. 
  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions and own proposals end to end. 
  • Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering.

Experience: 6+ years of branding, creative strategy, social strategy or advertising experience in account management or related role with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.


Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 Years of Education
