Job Summary:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities: As part of these, you will drive the following
• Provide consulting support on Salesforce projects by working closely with clients to conduct design sessions, gather and refine requirements, and ensure the solution aligns with their needs.
• Present regular working demos to stakeholders and work alongside the implementation team on delivery and implementation tasks.
• Apply consulting skills and knowledge to support the implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to specific client needs and have knowledge and solutioning skills required in the delivery of transformation projects which includes implementation of Industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Life sciences Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations.
• Leverage Salesforce's AI-powered tools to extract valuable insights from their data, and help in design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Engage in pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs, developing proofs of concept, crafting impactful presentations, demonstrating solutions during client meetings, and contributing to effort and cost estimation processes
• Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, creating reusable assets in the Commerce and Sales space, analyzing industry research and market trends, and introducing innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills: Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:
• Demonstrated experience in consulting roles such as solution demonstration and requirement gathering within the Salesforce ecosystem is required
• Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations and effectively addressing issues and risks to ensure project success.
• Apply key business Analysis skills: Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning Sales and Service processes with the purpose of resolving process bottlenecks and pain areas
• Familiarity with specific industry requirements such as Financial Services, Healthcare/Life sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Utilities etc. and the ability to apply this knowledge to Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Sales experience design, including customer journey mapping and user research
• Exposure to pre-sales activities with a strong willingness to develop further in this area.
Additional Information:
• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform domain with knowledge and solutioning skills required in implementation of Industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud/Health Cloud/Consumer Goods Cloud/Life sciences Cloud/Energy & Utilities Cloud/Data Cloud
• Implementation experience in Einstein Analytics will be preferred.
• Effective communication skills, strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must have strong business & data analytics/excel skills and presentation skills
• Required SFDC certifications are Admin – Basic and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud (required)
• Desired at least 1 Certification from the Industry clouds; Financial Services Cloud/Health Cloud/Consumer Goods Cloud/Life sciences Cloud/Energy & Utilities Cloud/Data Cloud
