Job Description


Job Title: SAP ISU CE/CX Consultant


  • 3-10 years’ experience in SAP ISU Customer Engagement implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, such as project planning & scoping, blueprinting, realization, data mapping & conversion, integration & user acceptance testing, go-live
  • Capability to understand client’s business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offering and be part of the delivery team
  • Must have hands-on experience for one or more of following platforms: Customer Engagement (CE) S4 HANA (Latest), Customer Management (CM) S4 HANA (immediate previous version), CS - Customer Service, CX- Customer experience C4, S4 HANA Cloud
  • Must have good understanding of following: Service Management, Contact Management, Customer Management, Business partner management, Interaction management, IC- Interaction Centre Web Client, configuration of SAP ISU.
  • Must have at least 1 Project of SAP IS-U implementation in Utilities - Demonstrated strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements and experienced in CE implementation
  • Good understanding of Device Management business process flow from Planning to Retirement of devices, configuration of SAP ISU, meter to cash process, Understanding of AMI offerings of SAP ISU DM.
  • Good understanding of FICA business processes like setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration, Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment, Setup of Direct Debit Payments, Dunning Process, Collections management, Installment Plan, Setup of Main & Sub transaction.
  • Good understanding of Billing processes in areas like Rates designs, Schema, Prices and Operand allocation, Collectives, RTP, ToU, Invoice Layout & Bill Print, Exceptions Management. Experience in analysing issues in Billing & Invoicing process.
  • Integration of ISU with other R3 modules – MM, PM, FICO

  • Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise
  • Expertise in one or more CRM platforms such as SAP CE/C4C/CRM/CX in areas like Services, Sales & Marketing
  • Good Understanding of integration with Utilities systems such IVR/CTI, CIS, MDM, Outage Management etc.
  • Would be advantageous but not mandatory: SAP certification

  • Full Time Graduation
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills
  • Preferred to have worked on client facing roles and basic ABAP/debugging skills.         
  • Experience in Utilities and its business process is a must
