ThePractice-ABrief Sketch:



TheGNManagementConsultingGroupisapartofAccentureStrategyand Consulting andwehelpclientswithstrategies that are at theintersection of business and technology, drive value and impact, shape new businesses & design operating models for the future.



Asapartofthishighperformingteam,youwillhelp with the following: 



a. Project Delivery: Deliver projects for global Public Service clients by working together with medium to large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, implementation, process design and change management for specific modules. 



b. Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. 



c. Industry Experience: Provide industry expertise in Public Service industry segments. 



d. Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools, or materials for use by larger community.



Industry/ functional Skills 



Overall Industry



  • Has very good understanding of Global Public Service market trends, best practices, and clients across both developed and emerging economies



  • Has very good exposure to large transformation programs in the PS domain 



  • Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc. in public service.



  • The right candidate must have analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.



Change Management



The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing change strategies to drive successful transformations within our organization. This role requires expertise in agile change, change analytics, and cultural transformations to ensure effective adoption and communication across all levels.




Key Responsibilities:



Change Strategy and Planning:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to project needs



  • Conduct change impact analysis to understand the effects of organizational changes



  • Utilize change analytics to monitor progress and measure success



Training Development and Execution:



  • Develop training materials, including knowledge base articles, instructional videos, and user guides, to support the deployment of new solutions like CoreView



  • Lead the implementation of training programs based on strategic findings, ensuring      seamless transition from onshore to offshore operations



  • Execute training sessions and workshops, delivering content effectively to diverse user groups



  • Collaborate with the onshore Training Strategy Lead to evaluate the current training strategy's effectiveness post-transformation



Agile Change and Adoption:



  • Implement agile change methodologies to facilitate rapid and flexible adoption



  • Drive change capability across teams to enhance adaptability and resilience



  • Support cloud change strategy & architecture for seamless technology transitions



Communication and Engagement:



  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged



  • Craft next-gen communication strategies that leverage modern channels and tools



  • Manage employee communications to foster transparency and buy-in




Cultural and Behavioral Transformation:



  • Lead cultural transformations to align organizational culture with strategic goal



  • Apply behavioral sciences to understand and influence employee behaviors



  • Design and implement culture strategies that promote positive change and engagement



Client and Stakeholder Management



  • Manage change journeys to guide employees through transitions smoothly



  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met



  • Facilitate training and development programs to support change initiatives



Communication



  • Has good written and verbal communication skills; can articulate and share points well



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word



  • Shares inputs in his/her area to support a discussion



  • Ability to deliver presentations when required to an audience or client on functional aspects of his or her domain



  • Strives to be part of the larger team and aligns with requirements of the team
