Role Description
To arrange and book all travel for FNZ, ensuring policies and budgets are met and travel requests are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Providing up to date documentation, advice and assistance to travellers, and travel bookers as required.
This role will have specific, but not sole, focus on supporting relocation travel.
Undertake continuous quality improvement and action in relation to all processes and procedures related to the Global Travel Coordinator role.
Organisational Design
This role will sit within the Global Support Services team.
Team Responsibilities
The travel team is responsible for supporting the business by supporting its business travellers. Providing a quality service to both internal and external passengers.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Book travel (air, train, taxi, accommodation etc for all FNZ travellers globally);
- Recognise and advise potential visa, tax, health regulations and requirements to relevant parties;
- Liaise with stake holders, travellers and travel bookers to determine specific requirements;
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers;
- Actively source the most valuable solutions;
- Maintain JIRA and MI reporting to the standards required;
- Consistently reconcile transactions to track budgetary targets;
- Assist HR/Mobility with relocating, existing staff, external hires and with onboarding;
- Pro-active follow up to ensure traveller wellbeing and supplier performance;
- Keep up to date with industry news and changing travel regulations;
- Other administrative tasks may be required;
- After-hours work will be required on a rota system.
- This role is not in scope for activities which have a direct or indirect impact on CASS processing which takes place within FNZ for FNZ and/or FNZ’s clients. There is a requirement to remain up to date with CASS developments and changes as communicated with FNZ.
For advertising: Experience required
- Previous experience in a Travel Consultant (business or leisure) role is preferable;
- Previous experience of working in a software development/FS environment would be an advantage;

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required;

- Ability to communicate clearly across the team & business;
- Confident in dealing with internal and external clients;
- Excellent written and oral English is essential; addition languages are an advantage;
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
