The Function


Who we are: We’re a team of GHR professionals from a variety of different industries, based in the UK, Poland and India, covering all major time zones that State Street operate in across APAC, EMEA and the Americas


What we do: We provide end to end time and attendance services to employees and managers across State Street globally, including technology solution deployment, SME leads on multiple business projects, service transitions, employee experience, process improvement and more


Our Partners: GHR Technology, Global Time Administration, and local SMEs in region / country


Our Stakeholders: HR Business Partners, Heads of HR, Employee Relations, Benefits, HR Operations & Payroll


The Role


Service Line: Employee Enablement focuses on all non-BAU project related work that requires specific SME leadership / knowledge to deliver for the business.


Examples include but are not limited to acquisitions, technology implementations, service transitions to centralized function, change requests, Workday release support, simplification of business processes in Workday, and more.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Leading on and managing a number of Time & Attendance related projects


  • Migrating existing technology solutions in locations to MyWorkday for time tracking and time off management through all stages of the project


  • Provide SME guidance and knowledge to business driven projects


  • Leading service transitions of other time related services not currently in portfolio, to a centralised service function


  • Supporting the delivery of time related Change Requests related to MyWorkday, or other technology solutions in country (e.g. Enova in Poland)


  • Identify opportunities to leverage functionality in MyWorkday to simplify and enhance the employee experience of using time related technology


Additional Duties:


  • Engage with and manage a group of Stakeholders from other HR functions


  • Support the Time, Leave & Absence Manager on delivery of functional strategy


  • Deputize for the Time, Leave & Absence AVP when required e.g. covering periods of leave

  • Operational HR functions and processes
