Global TA Operations Associate

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and a proven track record in driving change management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have exposure towards global coordination, possess a deep understanding of the iCIMS platform, and have experience in project management, with a keen interest in systems and recruiting operations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects, including process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
·Drive change management initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
·Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment efforts and project implementations.
·Utilize the iCIMS platform to optimize candidate management and reporting within project frameworks.
·Support recruitment operations, including process design, metrics analysis, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.

·Moderate to extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end talent acquisition and project management.
·Proven experience in driving change management initiatives within a recruitment context.
·Robust global coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across different regions.
·Proficiency in using the iCIMS platform for candidate management and reporting, along with a keen interest in systems.
·Experience in supporting recruiting operations, including process design, metrics analysis, and system enhancements.
