The Position


Community managers engage with users on social media platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, X, and more through comments and messages, providing assistance, and answering queries while ensuring Novo Nordisk’s community guidelines are followed and maintaining a respectful and safe environment.


The primary role of this position include:


  • Actively interacting with users by responding to comments and messages, addressing queries, and providing necessary information.


  • Identifying and reporting adverse events shared by users to relevant teams for further action.


  • Monitoring and removing spam or inappropriate content to maintain a safe and respectful environment.


  • Tracking and reporting key metrics such as the number of comments addressed, amount of spam cleared, adverse events reported, sentiment analysis of user interactions, and insights derived from community engagement.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective reporting and foster community engagement and management.


Qualification


  • Master’s degree or above in relevant area.


  • Has + 6 years of relevant work experience.


  • Proven hands-on work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager.


  • Candidate must be an expert within their field and have their digital tool box in order in particular within Social Media and ideally Paid Media in general.


  • Hands on experience and master user of Social Media Analytics.


  • Great communicator who understands the importance and power of the written word when communicating with customers and stakeholders.


  • Experience in conflict management.


  • Strong understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers.


  • Strong data understanding and interest.


  • Strong stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.


  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and produce content to meet these preferences.
