Job Title: Global SMS Product Owner
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead and coordinate the Global SMS and MyServiceApp applications to be deployed as Tier 3 solution worldwide. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong focus on collaboration, user experience transformation, and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role defining the Global SMS and MyServiceApp product strategy and roadmap in conjunction with local business and BRM stakeholders, global business, CIO, CTO, PMO, Compliance and security, Infrastructure organizations and suppliers ensuring successful deployments and transformations.
On a typical day you will:
Product management:
- Define current features landscape of Global SMS and MyServiceApp applications (including data and interfaces)
- Define the features roadmap for the Global SMS and MyServiceApp applications (including UI, UX, data and interfaces)
- Ensure roadmap is aligned with global business lead, CIO organization (call center, Field, mobility…), CTO organization, Infrastructure organization, Otis compliance and security, PMO organization as well as in country legal and compliance requirements
- Ensure regular communication of the roadmap to stakeholders and partners
- Define and optimize infrastructure requirements related to the Global SMS and MyServiceApp products in alignment with infrastructure, CTO, compliance and security organizations including in countries legal and compliance requirements
- Act as primary point of contact for Global SMS and MyServiceApp products ensuring smooth and effective communication with stakeholders
Processes:
- Define and manage project plan/timeline/sprints for each Product Increment (as per agile methodology) in alignment with stakeholders with support of PMO
- Define strategy, requirements and processes related to documentation
- Define Product Increment content in accordance with the defined roadmap
- Specify functional features and validate associated user stories technical design
- Specify functional testing, validate technical testing design and successful execution
- Manage defects resolutions
- Define data requirements and validation process (including consistency validation check)
- Define interfaces requirements and monitoring process (including quality filtering and recycling process)
- Define cutover and rollout process to promote from development environments to production environments in alignment with CTO organization and involved parties
- Define KPI, risks and reporting process related to product roadmap and development and communicate accordingly to stakeholders
- Define end to end Development Lifecycle process (from collection of requirements to delivery and training)
- Define support process and production KPI in alignment with sustain organization
- Define MFA (Market Feedback Analysis) process to collect user feedback and satisfaction, communicate and lead associated continuous improvement process
Leadership:
- Lead all involved parties to define features requirements and roadmap
- Lead all involved parties to define Product Increment content
- Lead all involved parties to achieve successful development and mitigate and anticipate risks if any
- Lead all involved parties to achieve successful UAT and mitigate and anticipate risks if any
- Monitor and communicate with involved stakeholders the relevant KPI (production, MFA, dev progress, risks, Product Increment, roadmap)
Partners management:
- Upon needs, define requirements for third parties
- Manage relationship with involved third parties
- Manage performance and SLA
- Optimize cost
Support:
- Support and facilitate definition of Global SMS and MyServiceApp deployment roadmap
- Support and facilitate country assessments and gap analysis
- Support and facilitate end to end deployment within the countries (from first contact to transition to sustain organization (including PIA, local legal and other project related activities)
- Support and facilitate design of change management within the countries
- Support data cleansing understanding and execution by countries
