Job Description – Global Services Supply Chain Logistics - Grade 4 - Logistics Analyst 2
Years of Experience:
Job Experience:
- Experience in working within a Global Team – multi culture team
- Experience working with multiple Suppliers (3rd Party Logistics Providers)
- Skilled working experience in India export and import operations, vendor spend analytics related to logistics functions, 3PL operations, reverse logistics with SAP background
Educational:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations and supply chain
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
- Strong Freight and customs related Knowledge
- Demonstrates strong skills in evaluating and analyzing data/processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally, able to adapt to multi-cultural team.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of India local trade compliance / regulations (Repair and Return shipments and Permanent Import/Export).
- Knowledge on repair and return (S4S) shipments.
- Liaise with 3PL vendors.
- Liaise with contract manufacturers in relations to repair and return.
- Reporting and monitoring statuses of domestic/International movement.
- Familiarity with reporting & dashboard tools to support the automation team in project development (Tableau, Power BI or other Analytics Platforms preferred)
- Knowledge on India GR Wavier creation and closure process.
- Responsible for processing vendor invoices and monitoring payment statuses.
Desirable Skill:
- Proficiency in SAP systems (tcodes, navigation, tables)
- Functional experience in Logistics, warehouse operations and order processing
- Knowledge on processing of freight invoices
